Orders
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at support@stockholmarthouse.com. Please include your order number and let us know what changes need to be made. We will let you know as quickly as possible whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

We produce our art locally in the USA, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, South Africa, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Australia, China, India, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea.
Orders outside the countries above or trade unions such as the EU (Europan Union) with these countries may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, Galerima has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges, and Galerima has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Galerima is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

Posters Prints only
We use different packaging depending on the size of the poster and the country in which the item is produced and shipped.
Our standard packaging for posters is:
Flat for posters up to A4 (up to 100 posters per package)
Tube for posters above A4 (up to 5 posters per tube)
At the same time, there are some exceptions due to specific requirements in some countries and with some shipping providers:
Tube with shipping roll: It might be used in the following countries DK, DE, NO, CH, FR, UK, AU, SG, NL, BE, AT
Frames and Framed Posters Prints
The frames come pre-packed with corners and film and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams give the package additional sturdiness for multi-item orders (max three frames in one package).
The posters are packaged separately in an inner paperboard folder (max; ten posters in one inner folder).
Plexiglass used in frames may also carry a protective film, but this is often applied to both the front and the back of the glass. This often has a blue hue to it. These protective films can be mistaken for scratches, bubbles, or a colored cast to a print/glass.
If products are returned to us due to customers failing to pick up their package, we charge a $35 fee. This covers shipping to and from you and handling and restocking of products.
Returns and Exchanges
Sure thing! We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
Every Stockholm Art House purchase is made to order and pays an artist. We certainly hope you love your item(s), but if you are experiencing any issues, we're here to help!
As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem to return or exchange them within 30 days of ordering your art.
If your artwork arrives and you are not happy with it, please contact our customer support team at support@stockholmarthouse.com and state your reason for return.
• If you receive a delivery, where one of our products is damaged in the delivery, wrong measurements from what you ordered, or does not match your expectations regarding quality, please contact us. We will replace shipping damages or bad-quality artwork. However, we may require proof of image or a detailed description/reason for the complaint in some cases. When approved, we will replace and send you a new product.
• We believe in 100 % customer satisfaction, and that is why we offer all customers a 30-day money-back guarantee on our products. If you are not satisfied with your artwork, you may return the item within 30 days of the order date for a full refund. All our art is produced on-demand with your specific choices. Please check your order thoroughly to avoid environmental impact and resource consumption.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@stockholmarthouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Yes! They are mounted together
Yes, our frames come with a hanging kit that allows mounting them both horizontally and vertically, depending on the orientation of your poster.
There is a hook pre-attached to the frame's back panel, which can be used to mount the frame on a wall. Some frames might have the hanging kit included separately in a small plastic bag, not attached to the frame. You would have to use the screws provided to attach it to the back panel in such a case.

We offer wood frames in the colors: black, dark wood, wood, and white.
Our wooden frames are produced from natural pine/oak wood.
The frames are lightweight and easy to hang.
FSC certified premium quality poster made on thick and long-lasting matte (uncoated) paper.

Yes, we offer responsibly sourced FSC certified paper from sustainably managed forests.
What Is FSC-Certified Paper? When the Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) certifies that a paper is made of responsibly sourced wood fiber, that paper earns the FSC label.
Local production reduces carbon emissions. As a result of local production in 34 markets and reduced transportation distances, we reduce carbon emissions on each order.
On-demand production reduces waste and the use of resources. All products are digitally printed on demand and avoid excess production in landfills.
Our artworks are not mass-produced, and they are timeless. The artworks can be enjoyed by many generations to come
